Caden James Simmons

Has arrived! Born on Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 at 8:20am (Japan time)! He weighed in at 7lbs. 7oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long.

We had a great experience at the Lester Naval Hospital and loved our doctors (Smith and Papson), and nurses (Katie and Angie). We arrived at 7am on Wednesday for our induction and after a long day and night (and an epidural at midnight= best decision EVER!), I pushed for about 20 minutes and we finally got to hold our little angel!

We are so in love.
