Today I went with some friends to explore Tadake Falls! We had heard good things about it from friends and since today was "Give Parent's a Break" day and we had childcare, we decided to check it out!
The falls are kind of off the beaten path, and it took us about an hour and a half to get there. After a couple 20 point turns and asked for directions, we found it! We walked through a river, over slippery rocks, and up little cliffs! It was fun though and we enjoyed making our own pathway! Some parts of it had ropes to help you, but most didn't! It was fun though! Some parts had rope swings that were fun to play on!
The waterfall itself is very impressive. There was NO ONE at the falls when we got there, so I quickly threw my clothes off (swimsuit underneath of course!) and jumped in! It felt soooooo good! The water was nice and cool! We had a BLAST!!! I can't wait to go back with Brian!
